• 1x 40g Howgate Brie:  a pasteurised brie made in Scotland. A soft and creamy cow’s milk cheese with a nice bite.
• 1x 40g Gubbeen:  A washed rind cheese from County Cork, Ireland. Buttery and creamy in texture with a lovely woody, nutty and farmhouse flavour.
• 1x 40g Cashel Blue: Reasonably strong but the soft creamy texture balances this out making it milder than many blues.
